Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Usually, it takes 1 business day to process your order while the shipping time varies from between 1 to 6 business days, depending on your choice of shipping service and your location.
Signature and ID check will be required to assure packages will not be left outside at the door or mailbox.
Free Shipping is sent by Expedited Parcel. For Free shipping is provided for orders over $150.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME

Estimated shipping times are affected by a number of factors, including, but not limited to

- Your choice of delivery service (Standard Shipping, Xpresspost, etc.)
- Your location (all orders are shipped out of Edmonton, Alberta)
- The day on which the order was placed (some couriers do not operate on weekends)

Please refer to your courier of choice for their estimated shipping times to receive further clarity before placing an order.
Once your order is placed, the respective courier will provide you with an estimated shipping date. As it is an estimate, the date of arrival may vary.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If paying by Credit card, please note that a shipping address that is not associated with your credit card may delay your order due to additional verification requirements!
- If ordering for yourself, we suggest you request shipping to only addresses registered with your credit card. Otherwise, a delay of at least 1 extra day for verification may be required.
- If sending a gift, kindly call the phone number on the back of your credit card to ensure that your desired shipping address is part of your credit card profile. Typically, there is little wait time or they give you option to call you back if wait time is longer than a few minutes.
SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Shipment lost in transit or Damaged: Once an item leaves our store (1867598 AB LTD.) and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes responsibility of the carrier. Delays or delivery errors by Courier company like Canada Post is completely out of our control. And for your protection, we are happy to provide an automatic insurance of up to $100 with your trackable shipping.
- You must confirm that your package is not with your concierge, a family member or in your mailbox before we can create an investigation with Canada post.
- If you would like for us to create an investigation ticket, you will need to provide in writing that you have not received your package.
- After an investigation ticket is opened with Canada Post, a copy of this ticket will be sent to you.
- They will require confirmation from you of your order.
- Unfortunately, we must wait till Canada Post completes the investigation before we can process a credit or re-send the products to you.
